The last few weeks have been very exciting for the team at Harford.
Having first adopted the ISO 9001 standard in 1989, we are delighted to announce that we have again retained our ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2022! This marks the 32nd year in succession!
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard that ensures services meet the needs of clients through an effective quality management system.
To become ISO 9001 compliant, Harford underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all to document our adherence to the quality management standard.
Harford has demonstrated our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet our customers’ needs. We have enhanced customer satisfaction through the effective application of the quality management system including but not limited to processes for improvement and the assurance of conformity to our customers.
