SERVICE & TRAINING
   Harford on-site service policy throughout Europe is to deliver a solution within one working day of a customer service call-out. This is achieved via strategically based Field Service Technicians providing on-site repairs at Head Office. Field service is supplemented by experience technicians. This well established level of Harford service has been provided reliably for over 15 years.

   For contracted, Extended Warranty customers, loan equipment is installed when site repairs are not practical. Should we not meet our contractual "repair within one day" promise we offer an extra year of warranty without charge.

   Harford have for many years provided customer training both on-site and at our Trowbridge site. During early year 2000 a new training facility was built to provide a more professional service. Training subjects cover average contents law, statistical process control, system optimisation, management reporting, streamlining production and quality routines and simulating production problems to stimulate creative solutions.
