Our commitment to Continuous Improvement – ISO 9001:2015

We are delighted to be able to announce that we have again retained our ISO 9001:2015 certification. This marks the 31st year in succession, since we gained our initial ISO 9001 approval in 1989!

Harford Control has been independently assessed and recognised by the British Standards Institute for implementing effective quality management systems across all areas of our business. ISO 9001 is a Quality Management System that is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, and continuous improvement. This accreditation demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing value and a consistently high service with quality products for all clients.

We would like to say a big thank you to all the team who followed our guidelines and standard operating procedures in order to make the retention of this important accreditation possible.
