   Our unique solutions, apart from their modular integration, also operate in real time, distributing information on networked PCs as non-conformancies occur.

   This instant, already analysed information, provides a true up to the minute evaluation of such important control issues as: yield; legal status; line efficiency; OEE; quality; coding errors (date and barcodes) and wastage.

   Our integrated solutions combine the benefits of off-line statistical control with on-line PLC control and radio linked hand held data collection.

   Results from these different collection/control methods are automatically archived, without paper. The results are continuously 'trawled' by our well developed 'watchdog' software programmed to search for and display all or selected non conformancies for appropriate action.
